Robby Dittman has resigned as Parlimentarian due to an impending move out of the area. Andy Hoeckele has accepted the position in Robby's stead.

Our bank account has been opened and has a current balance of $125 to date. We have not purchased checks at this time and have decided to wait on them until the balance increases.

We discussed alternate meeting times and decided on an alternating Monday and Tuesday schedule, with the meetings in odd months on Monday and those in even months on Tuesday. The hope is that this will help encourage attendance at the meetings. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, December 11th at the DeKalb School for the Arts.

Matt Koperniak spoke to us about the upcoming Province 33 Workshop in Rome, Ga at the campus of Berry College. The Workshop will take place on January 11-12/2008 and will have Mark Lichtenburg doing a Ritual Workshop/Presentation. The Workshop is scheduled to begin around 4PM on 1/11 and there will special events that evening. There is an expected attendance of 75+ Brothers.

Andy H. mentioned selling concessions at the Atlanta Raceway as a possible fund-raiser. Based on his previous experience it pays ~ $10 per hour per person there.
